Vinyl Window Bump-Out Richmond Hill

The bump-outs are original to this Richmond Hill home, but they were wide, flat boards with no character or lines to delineate the shapes. We installed new vinyl casement windows, and then divided the structure into 4 elements; a sill, pilasters, an apron and a freize board. The finished window adds architectural interest to the house even though it is made mostly of 1×4’s clad in a complementing colour of aluminum. The windows have pewter coloured internal grills.
