Bi-Fold Doors for a Toronto Laneway Suite

For this Toronto project, we installed these beautiful laneway suite bi-fold doors in the garage area and sliding doors on the second level.  It’s hard to tell in the photo, but there is glass rail railing so those sliding doors can open on the upper level.

Laneway Suites and Laneway Homes have become highly popular in downtown Toronto. With the city’s limited room for new residential structures, a laneway suite allows homeowners to convert existing alley garages into an additional living space or a rental unit.
