Painted Wood Door – Toronto

Mahogany was the wood of choice for this door, even though it’s painted outside and in. Mahogany is harder and more stable than pine and resists rot. The door and trim were factory painted inside and out to minimize on-site disruption. What appears to be drops of water is actually bubbles in the seedy glass.
