We chose white oak for the front door to Sarah Richardson Design’s office. White oak is very strong and can stand up to the repeated opening and closing a door like this gets. White oak also has natural chemicals that defend against rot. The door and transom combination is over 10 feet tall and about 6 feet wide. The photographs below shows how you can enhance a building by adding a little colour and style.
