Vinyl Window Porch Conversion

This North York home had an open porch area at the rear. The homeowner decided to make better use of the space by creating an enclosed, insulated sun room. The roof was already there, so we simply framed 2 walls, insulated and drywalled them, and installed the new vinyl windows. The exterior was clad in a complimentary colour of aluminum with box panels and a sill for architectural interest.
