Our client chose tilt-and-turn windows for this North York project. The tilt function opens the top inwards for ventilation, while the turn function is an inward opening side operation. It is also simple to maintain because it can be cleaned from the inside.  Another appealing feature of this window is that both sashes swing in without the use of a centre post.
